The place was mediocre at best, and the outdated decor was troubling. The irritating noise from the radiator almost woke me up, unacceptable. I expected a complimentary upgrade given the inconvenience of my sleepless night. I almost considered giving a good review, but this experience left me wanting more.

The location is perfect. A quick 5-minute walk takes you to the main street. The staff are polite and helpful. There's free parking, rare in busy areas.
The room had outdated decor, and I was disappointed with the mattress quality-it felt uneven and uncomfortable. There were issues with room temperature.

Nicely presented accommodation with AMICABLE staff especially the manager there at the front desk. Good location for our visit to a large aquarium at a medium distance from the hotel. Lovely design of interiors in king room.

The staff offered really good hospitality and local insights.
The room had a slight odor, probably due to dampness, unsettling. The heating was inadequate. I found the noise level unacceptable, as I could easily hear conversations from neighboring rooms, disrupting my sleep during the night.
